What is your service area?
Our radius is a 2 ½ hour drive from central Sugarcreek, Ohio which includes, Millersburg, Wooster, Loudonville, Coshocton, Mount Vernon, Newark, Johnstown, Columbus, Canton, Akron, New Philadelphia, Dover, and surrounding areas in Northeast and Central Ohio.
Do you partner alongside other businesses to complete projects?
Our partners include Keim Lumber (Charm, Ohio) and Mt. Hope Fence. These local companies provide the materials for projects.
How can I get a quote?
Give us a call or send us an email when you are ready to receive a quote. Once we have received a request, we can schedule a meeting to go over any further details and finalize the quote. Some basic information we are looking for includes measurements, location, desired materials, and any other special instructions you may have for your project.
Will there be an inspection before a job?
We do not require a property inspection before every job, but if a concern about the requested build happen to arise, an inspection will be included before any contracts are signed.
What materials do you use?
We use materials from common brands such as Azek, TimberTech, Trex, DSI, Westbury, and Deckorators. We also use treated wood, vinyl, and aluminum railing. All jobs can be done with these materials and more available from Keim Lumber and Mt. Hope Fence.
Do you offer color matching?
We understand the importance of matching your new builds to previous installments. Let us know if you need any colors matched and we will do our best to match the material and color for you.
Can custom designs and builds be requested?
Custom work is always welcome. When you submit a quote, please give us all of the project details so we can properly quote the custom build.
Do you offer repair services?
We certainly do! Our work goes beyond building new installments, Buckeye Elite is also available for offering restoration to your existing decks and fences.
Are there loan/financing programs available?
Buckeye Elite Decks & Fence does not set up any financing on the products we install. We do require a down payment before a project can begin. If you have a budget you are trying to follow, be sure to include those details in the quote request you submit.
Once you have expressed interest in our services, we will organize an in-person meeting within a weeks time.
After finalizing the details of your project, we can provide a final quote within a few days.
Next, we will ask you to sign the contract for the job and provide a down payment to ensure your project will remain on schedule.
With the payment and paperwork underway, we diligently work to finish your build.
